Con Tech  installs the Carlisle Vehicular Parking System.
Typically it is applied to the concrete decks to prevent water from
    entering the occupied space below.

1. The parking bumpers are removed and stored.

2. All cracks in the deck are routed (sawcut) and the cracks are then sealed with  CCW-201 sealant.

        3. At the intersection of all parapet walls a 1" cant bead of Sonneborn NP-2
            sealant is applied.

        4. CCW-501 Detail Coat is applied to all routed cracks, control joints and

             expansion joints.

        5. Carlisle CCW-554 Primer is applied to the concrete at a rate of 33 sf per

             gal.

        6. CCW-501 Base Coat is then applied at a rate of 50 sf per gal.

        7. CCW-502 Intermediate Coat is then applied at a rate of a 100 sf per

gal. 16  mesh silica sand is then broadcast over the intermediate coat

             while still wet.

        8. If the deck has a ramp, a second coat of CCW-502 Intermediate Coat

is then applied at a rate of a 100 sf per gal. 20 mesh silica sand is then

broadcast over the intermediate coat while still wet.

        9. Apply Carlisle CCW-503 Top Coat at a rate of 100 sf per gal. 4

standard colors and custom colors are available.

      10. Re-install parking bumpers.

      11. Re-paint existing parking bumpers.

      12. Repair any concrete spalling on the ceiling below the concrete deck.
